Is the Personalized Meal Plan a subscription?
No. The Personalized Meal Plan is a one-time service. There are no renewals and no recurring charges.
What do I receive after purchasing the meal plan?
After purchase, you’ll complete your dog’s profile and we’ll prepare a custom feeding guide based on your dog’s needs. You’ll also receive recommended products by email.
How does the €30 deduction work?
If you decide to order the recommended products, your €30 meal plan fee is deducted from the total invoice. This means the plan cost is credited back when you proceed with the product order.
How do I order the recommended products?
Recommended products are provided via email. If you want to move forward, we prepare a manual invoice for your order based on the recommendations.
Is the meal plan suitable for all dogs?
Yes. The plan is created from your dog’s profile (breed, age, size, activity level, and preferences), so it can fit small, medium, and large dogs as well as different life stages.
What if my dog is picky or has sensitivities?
That’s common. We recommend introducing changes gradually and keeping meal times consistent. If your dog has sensitivities, transition slowly and monitor stool, appetite, and energy levels.
If your dog has a diagnosed medical condition, always follow your vet’s guidance first.
